1. Donation Cancellation:

– Donors may request to cancel a donation within 24 hours of completing the transaction.
– To cancel a donation, please contact us immediately at +91-12450 6789 with your donation details and reason for cancellation.

2. Refund Eligibility:

– Refunds will be issued at the discretion of I-Help Foundation Gao.
– Refund requests made beyond the 24-hour cancellation window will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
– Refunds are typically processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.

3. Refund Exceptions:

– I-Help Foundation Gao reserves the right to decline refund requests for donations that have already been allocated towards specific projects, programs, or initiatives.

4. Refund Processing Fee:

– A processing fee may be deducted from the refunded amount to cover administrative costs incurred by I-Help Foundation Gao.
